In addition to her dad, Lora is preceded in death by her son, Gary Michael Hinkle and brothers Everett, Tommy, Keith Blankenship. She is also preceded in death by brother-in-laws Kenneth (Nancy) Hinkle and Jerry Hinkle
Lora was a cook having worked for both Trinity Healthcare Inc. and the Mingo County Schools.
Lora leaves to honor her loving memory and mourn her passing her loving husband Ricky Charles Hinkle; sons Joseph Ryan Blankenship and girlfriend Keirston Dotson of Matewan, KY and Gary Lee Blankenship and girlfriend Stephine Griffith of Meador, WV; brothers Ricky (Lana) Blankenship of Ransom, KY, Michael (Jewell) Blankenship, and Jerry (Jennifer) Blankenship both of Greensboro, NC; sisters Dottie (Johnny) Prater of Newtown, WV and Betty Blankenship of Matewan, WV; grandchildren Kaylee Blankenship and Jaelynn Blankenship
Lora is also survived by brother and sister-in-laws Johnny Hinkle of OH, Wayne (Angie) Hinkle of TN; Marie Varney of Varney, WV, "Cricket" (Mike) McCoy of OH, Phyllis (Dave) Satterley of OH, and Reba (Duke) White of NC; special friends Cheryl Goad, Tamicka Joplin, Lisa Napier, Delbart and Barb Justice; a special hair stylist Kim Jerrels and a host of nieces and nephews that loved her very much.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Honoring services will be conducted Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Chambers Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Gene Clemons and David Blankenship officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hinkle Family Cemetery at Meador, WV.
The family will begin receiving friends on Monday, March 31, 2014 from 6 - 9 at the funeral home chapel.
