Wanda Justice 61 of Taylorville, WV passed away June 4, 2014 at the Williamson Memorial Hospital. She was born March 20, 1953 at Williamson, WV the daughter of the late Ireland and Effie Spaulding Duty. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Freddy Duty and a sister, Betty Hudson. Wanda was a homemaker. Her survivors include son, Jackie (Trinity) Justice of Taylorville, daughters, Rita Justice of Columbus and Diana Casey of Chattaroy, brothers, Clyde Duty and Frank (Jessie) Duty of Taylorville, sister, Billie Jean Adkins of Williamson, and one grandchild, Dakari Simmons. Funeral services will be held at the Chafin Funeral Home Chapel Sunday June 8, 2014 at 2:00pm with Rev. Jason Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Duty Cemetery at Ragland, WV. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday from 12:00 pm until the start of the funeral.
