 Bruce Edward Hinkle Obituary:  

Bruce Edward Hinkle departed this life on March 21st, 2021 at his home in Logan, WV. Bruce was born on August 11, 1959 at Williamson, WV. He was the son of the late William Bill Hinkle and Emma Paige Justice Hinkle. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Roger L. Hinkle, Russell R. Hinkle and Billy R. Hinkle and his sister Ruby Hinkle. Bruce’s journey through this life was not always easy but the one truth I know about him is that he held a deep love for Jesus Christ. His favorite saying was, Me and Jesus loves you. Everyone that knew him has probably heard those words. His favorite pastime was his music. He loved playing his guitar and singing and he always had a song ready for anyone willing to listen. He was a brother and friend to many and will be sadly missed.
Bruce is survived by his three children, Curtis Leroy Hinkle, Brianna Hinkle and Jessica Prater and his grandson, Levi Charles Waller. His brothers and sisters, Shirley Hinkle, Troy (Jill) Hinkle, Curtis (Diane) Hinkle, Brenda (Roger) Fields, Thurman (Wilma) Hinkle, Patsy (Roger) Ray, Kathy (Tim) Wellman, Lawrence Keith Hinkle, Teresa Hinkle and Terry Hinkle as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes, Bruce will be cremated and laid to rest beside his Dad and Mom at the Justice cemetery at Varney, WV.
A special memorial service will be held for him on Tuesday at 6 pm March 30, 2021 at the Pie Church of God at Varney, WV with Pastors Brian Wellman, Haskell Runyon and Jason Allen officiating.
